JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM Enhancements

The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CRM modules as provided by Oracle have been well thought out and provide valuable functionality for Sales, Customer Service and Service Management personnel. The fact that these modules are integrated with rest of JD Edwards provides a major advantage when compared to other market offerings.
