Warrnambool Cheese and Butter

Warrnambool Cheese and Butter (WCB) has been producing high quality dairy products for over 120 years, making them the oldest dairy processor in Australia today.  WCB is an Australian-owned company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2004.

WCB is a major producer of high quality dairy commodities such as cheese, milk powders, whey protein, butter and cream for both domestic and export markets. WCB also produce fresh milk under the Sungold brand and high quality food supplements under the brands of Enprocal and Pro10Active.

In 2008 WCB decided that they needed to upgrade their aging Oracle JD Edwards World ERP system.  As a result, it was decided to move to the new generation JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system.  After a search to find the best implementation partner, MEAC Group was chosen to assist WCB through an upgrade and extension of their JD Edwards World environment to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Modules implemented include all financial modules, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Transport Management.
